As a blue belt in the Warriors of Light martial arts system of the Modern Mystery School, in the lineage of King Salomon, she is qualified to teach Chi Do. What you need to know

You will receive your training even if you can’t make the live events. The first live event is 24 April 6pm GMT+1 (London, UK Summer Time) over Zoom. The goal is to learn the ABC of Chi through Chi Do, and to practice as many days as you can over these three weeks, so you can start to feel the benefits of flowing Chi in your life. This is your chance to take one day at a time, do your next best, and steadily build a technique that supports your vitality.

All you need is the ability to take one step forwards, to your left and right, and behind you. You need to be able to move your hands and use your breath. The technique takes only around 10 minutes, and you’ll be able to do it in almost any environment.
