Pre-payment is required via EFT (see details at the bottom), and then you will be sent set-up information for the meditation & the Zoom login details. You do not need video, but we can do an audio check-in after Max Meditation if you want. You do not need to do that if you don’t want to, there is a chat box available to write comments.
Set-up space: 6-16.15pm (instructions will be sent once you have registered)
Intention setting: 6.15-6.30pm (Guidelines will be up on the ‘whiteboard’ on Zoom)
Meditation: runs 6.30-7.30pm
