It’s that time of the year again where we may the need for some positive energy in this cold Cape Town winter!
Come along for a warm, spicy, cozy event@ my practice this Saturday.
Doors open 11am for tea and home baked deliciousness.
11.45am I will offer you a personal practice to banish the winter blues with socialising after that.
