DAY 6 Meditation Challenge
This is for beginners or seasoned meditators: you don’t need any experience – we’ll guide you through how to relax deeply and show you the ropes to meditate with ease! This is a perfect time to access the inner light as we traverse the longest nights during the winter season. This is a time to connect deep within!
This 11-day Meditation Challenge starts on 22 December 2025 until 1 January 2026. It is:
• Open to ALL (invite friends, colleagues, family)
• Totally free
• Offers you a space to deeply relax
• Connects you to a community of meditators from around the world!
We will be online every day at 7.30pm UK time (GMT) for 40 mins and you can join us every day or whenever you can jump on board.
