MASTERING THE BASICS

Dear Initiates

I have a series of Mastering the Basics I, II, III, IV & V for you to experience once a month with only a refreshment cost to you. These are basic tools we all need to improve to build a spiritual foundation in life. I will solidify your ritual practice in each of these groups.

Mastering the Basics I: Basic meditation formula
Mastering the Basics II: Sanctuary Meditation
Mastering the Basics III: Chi Do
Mastering the Basics IV: Meeting your Guides with the Sanctuary Meditation
Mastering the Basics V: Max Meditation SystemTM

They will be cycled through in sequence on a monthly basis on different days of the week to give more the chance to attend. We have already covered Mastering the Basics I in July and Mastering the Basics II in August.

Mastering the Basics IV:  Meeting your Guides is scheduled for TUESDAY 29 October 6.30-9pm.

The cost of these is R50 for refreshments.
