DEEP RELAXATION
The New Moon is an excellent time of the month to jump on board to experience the positivity of meditation. It’s at this time of the month that we are receiving less light from the sun, so a little extra energy from meditation will boost you!
This is a great meditation for both beginners and experienced meditators and promotes deeeep relaxation!
You will experience a full spectrum of meditation techniques that will open a door to easier and more successful meditations.
It uses breathing, deep-body relaxation, as well as passive, active and guided meditation.
No experience is needed.
