DRAWING WITH LIGHT: PHOTOGRAPHY FOR MAGICIANS

 

This is a LIVE online course that offers:

• • A whole new world of concepts to tackle image making, that will alter how you produce images
  • Practical projects to explore a new visual language
  • Tools and approaches to use these exercises to access your core essence and discover more of who you are

 

This workshop is open to:

1. Creatives or people who want to develop their creativity to a whole new level and have not delved deeply into the Spiritual Arts, but are looking to connect . the . dots to a lost spark and deeper parts within themselves, unlocking far greater creativity.

2. Those already on a Path of Know Thyself and who are looking to understand how visuals can reveal your Soul. This course will take you deep into visual language you had never explored before to find your core energy.

You will understand that you are the magician behind the lens crafting reality around you, and you’ll be exploring:

• What IS reality?
• Who are you?
• What IS the photograph and what really happens when you take a photograph?
• What can images reveal to you about you?

This is a meaty and deep course with fresh concepts to expand the mind, projects and feedback to spark a deep and more connected self.

 

Level 1:

6-week immersion including live lectures, projects, personal development exercises and live feedback sessions. The projects will explore multi-media and will invite drawing or other tactile, visual arts forms, but at the foundation the projects are photographic based where only a smart phone is necessary. If you want to use other camera/photographic equipment, this is totally open for you to do so.

What is needed: A smart phone, notebook and pen. You are welcome to add in other visual mediums such as other cameras, drawing, sculptural elements etc, but the minimum requirement is a smartphone. This will be expanded upon in the practical exercises.

Your workshop presenter: Julia Tiffin has exhibited internationally as a photographer and multi-media artist as well as as well as heading a department at tertiary level in Fine Art Photography (and multi-media). She also has 20 years background in teaching the hidden arts and sciences of metaphysics to help people to know themselves.
